Easy Homemade Vegan Toffifee Candy

Ingredients

  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 25 g coconut sugar
  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 1/2 tblsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g cashew butter
  • 24 hazelnuts
  • 30 g dark vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Bring coconut milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut oil to a boil.

  2. Add cashew butter and stir until the mixture thickens.

  3. Pour the mixture into a mold.

  4. Add hazelnuts to the mold.

  5. Melt the dark vegan chocolate and pour it on top.
