Easy Homemade Vegan Toffifee Candy
Ingredients
- 60 ml coconut milk
- 25 g coconut sugar
- 25 g coconut oil
- 1/2 tblsp vanilla extract
- 60 g cashew butter
- 24 hazelnuts
- 30 g dark vegan chocolate
Preparation
Bring coconut milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut oil to a boil.
Add cashew butter and stir until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture into a mold.
Add hazelnuts to the mold.
Melt the dark vegan chocolate and pour it on top.
