Vegan Gluten-Free Ferrero Rocher Truffles

Ingredients

  • 120g dark chocolate
  • 80 ml oat or coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Place the oat or coconut cream in a bowl and heat it over a saucepan with two inches of water on medium heat for about 5 minutes

  2. Remove from heat, add the chocolate and hazelnut butter, let stand for 3 minutes, then mix without overmixing

  3. Chill the mixture for 2 hours or until set, then roll into balls with a hazelnut in the center

  4. Place the truffles in the fridge to set, chop the remaining hazelnuts if needed, and roll the truffles in them to coat
