Raw Vegan Broccoli Rice Sushi Roll
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- garlic powder
- ginger powder
- 1/4 avocado
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preparation
If you have a food processor, use it for ease; otherwise, grate one head of broccoli.
Add garlic powder, ginger powder, 1/4 of an avocado, salt, and pepper to taste.
Use your favorite vegetables and roll the mixture into sushi rolls.
Serve with fermented jalapeños and red onions if desired.
