Raw Vegan Broccoli Rice Sushi Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • garlic powder
  • ginger powder
  • 1/4 avocado
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. If you have a food processor, use it for ease; otherwise, grate one head of broccoli.

  2. Add garlic powder, ginger powder, 1/4 of an avocado, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. Use your favorite vegetables and roll the mixture into sushi rolls.

  4. Serve with fermented jalapeños and red onions if desired.
