Ingredients

  • spring mix
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • balsamic vinegar
  • avocado oil
  • garlic
  • beets
  • feta cheese
  • almonds
  • pomegranate balsamic dressing

Preparation
