- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice

Preparation
Cook the gluten-free rolled oats on the stovetop.
Halfway through cooking, add 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice.
Once done, top with a poached egg, avocado, Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and chives.
