Spicy Buldak Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 200 g cooked rice
  • 50 g ham
  • 2 tbsp white onion
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Buldak sauce
  • 3 tbsp furikake

Preparation

  1. Chop the ham and onion into very small cubes.

  2. Fry the ham in a skillet until golden brown.

  3. Add the onion, mayonnaise, Buldak sauce, ham, and furikake to the warm rice.

  4. Mix thoroughly with a hand in a glove or a spoon and form into small balls. This should make about 8 balls.
