Spicy Buldak Rice Balls
Ingredients
- 200 g cooked rice
- 50 g ham
- 2 tbsp white onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Buldak sauce
- 3 tbsp furikake
Preparation
Chop the ham and onion into very small cubes.
Fry the ham in a skillet until golden brown.
Add the onion, mayonnaise, Buldak sauce, ham, and furikake to the warm rice.
Mix thoroughly with a hand in a glove or a spoon and form into small balls. This should make about 8 balls.
