Spicy Lincolnshire Sausage Skewers with Sweet Chilli Glaze
Ingredients
- 4 Lincolnshire sausages
- 1/2 tablespoon Thai sweet chilli sauce
- 5 grams golden breadcrumbs
- chilli powder
- smoked paprika
- onion salt
- frying light spray
Dipping sauce
- tomato puree
- sweetener
- garlic powder
- chilli puree
- water
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic and chilli sauce
Preparation
Thread sausages onto skewers.
Brush the sausages with Thai sweet chilli sauce.
Mix breadcrumbs with chilli powder, smoked paprika, and onion salt, then dip the sausages in this mixture.
Spray with cooking spray and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12 minutes.
Sauce
Combine tomato puree, sweetener, garlic powder, chilli puree, water, and garlic and chilli sauce to make the dipping sauce.
