Vegetarian Nacho Style Feast

Ingredients

  • Meat-free mince
  • Water
  • Diced brown onion
  • Diced red pepper
  • Rich and smokey stock pot
  • Vegetable stock pot
  • Chilli powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Smokey BBQ bacon seasoning
  • Smoked paprika
  • Tomato puree
  • Chilli puree
  • Sucralose sweetener

Toppings

  • 40g grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Cook the diced brown onion and red pepper in a pan until softened.

  2. Add the meat-free mince and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in water, rich and smokey stock pot, vegetable stock pot, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion salt, smokey BBQ bacon seasoning, smoked paprika, tomato puree, chilli puree, and sucralose sweetener, then cook until well combined and heated through.

  4. Top the mixture with grated mozzarella and place under the grill or in the oven until the cheese is melty.

  5. Cook potato wedges in an air fryer until crispy.

  6. Prepare a simple salad.

  7. Serve the nacho mixture with the wedges and salad.
