Mac and Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Brown onion
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • Morrisons meat free mince
  • Water to cover
  • Tomato puree
  • Onion salt
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Tesco rich and smokey stockpot
  • Smoked paprika
  • Sweetener
  • 120g curly macaroni
  • 250ml water
  • 6 Laughing Cow Extra light cheese triangles
  • Tbsp cornflour
  • 15g Italian hard cheese
  • 20g Sainsburys grated mozzarella
  • 40g Sainsburys grated mozzarella
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Dice and fry the brown onion.

  2. Chop and add the cherry tomatoes to the pan with onions.

  3. Add Morrisons meat free mince, water to cover, tomato puree, onion salt, sea salt, garlic powder, Knorr vegetable stock pot, Tesco rich and smokey stockpot, smoked paprika, and sweetener; combine and set aside.

  4. Cook 120g curly macaroni for 6 minutes and set aside.

  5. Use 250ml water (preferably pasta water if available to help thicken the sauce).

  6. Stir in 6 Laughing Cow Extra light cheese triangles until melted.

  7. Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with a little water and add to the bubbling cheese mixture.

  8. Add 15g Italian hard cheese and 20g Sainsburys grated mozzarella to the mix, then stir in garlic powder, onion salt, and Colmans mustard powder.

  9. Add the mixture to the drained macaroni.

  10. Add the bolognese mix to the bottom of your cooking dish.

  11. Layer the mac'n'cheese mix on top of the bolognese.

  12. Top with 40g Sainsburys grated mozzarella.

  13. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.

  14. Serve with salad.
