Spicy Mustard Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 can chickpeas

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas

  3. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.

  4. Mix the dressing with the chickpeas until well coated.

  5. Spread the mixture over a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
