Spicy Mustard Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
- 1 can chickpeas
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas
Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
Mix the dressing with the chickpeas until well coated.
Spread the mixture over a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
