Crispy Spiced Chickpea Croutons for Snacks
Ingredients
- Chickpeas (amount not specified)
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or a little more
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Thyme or Rosemary to taste
Preparation
Rinse, drain, and dry the chickpeas for a crunchier texture.
Add the spices.
Mix and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Allow to cool down, then store in a jar or eat right away.
