Crispy Spiced Chickpea Croutons for Snacks

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (amount not specified)
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or a little more
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Thyme or Rosemary to taste

Preparation

  1. Rinse, drain, and dry the chickpeas for a crunchier texture.

  2. Add the spices.

  3. Mix and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

  4. Allow to cool down, then store in a jar or eat right away.
