Sweet Potato Toast with Peanut Butter and Berries
Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Peanut butter
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Pistachios
- Olive oil (optional)
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
Lay the slices flat on a baking tray.
Optionally, brush with a little olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check after 30 minutes; baking time may vary depending on thickness.
Once cooked, spread peanut butter on top and add strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of pistachios.
Alternatively, use your choice of bread instead of sweet potato for a quicker option.
