Two Ingredient Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of gluten free oats ground into flour
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation

  1. Blend flour into flour set aside in mixing bowl

  2. Combine water and form dough. Should be solid it Woll be sticky

  3. Roll out dough with palms of hands into long hotdog shape

  4. Cut into 8 sections

  5. Here you will need additional oat flour to help with stickiness. I used coconut flour

  6. Round out sectioned dough pieces into coconut flour and form a ball. Use parchment paper if needed and rolling pin to roll out dough into tortilla shapes

  7. Once you shape them all get the frying pan ready. I used a cast iron skillet and avocado oil
