Vegan Plant Protein Bowl
Ingredients
- Quinoa
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Tofu
- Kale
- Broccoli
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Tahini
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Hemp seeds
Preparation
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Rinse 1 can of chickpeas, mix with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, and bake at 200°C/400°F for 25-30 minutes.
Prepare tofu by cubing and pan-frying until golden brown
Wash, cut, and steam vegetables of choice such as broccoli and cucumber.
Wash and cut kale, then massage with 1 tablespoon tahini, lemon juice, and salt.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with additional tahini and hemp seeds.
