Vegan Spaghetti with Seasoned Beyond Beef

Ingredients

  • Beyond Meat Plant-Based Ground
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Better Than Bouillon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Italian seasoning
  • Trader Joe’s 21 Seasonings
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Handful of Daiya cheddar shreds

Preparation

  1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Garlic Better Than Bouillon in 1/2 cup of water.

  2. Cook Beyond Meat Plant-Based Ground in a pan, adding the dissolved mixture along with Italian seasoning, Trader Joe’s 21 Seasonings, Pink Himalayan Salt, Pepper, and 2 tablespoons minced garlic.

  3. Continue cooking until the mixture is well done and seasoned to taste.

  4. Stir in a handful of Daiya cheddar shreds until melted and combined.
