Walnut and Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 250ml oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 small banana, mashed
- handful of walnuts
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients except walnuts and combine with the wet ingredients
Chop the walnuts finely and add them to the mixture
Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake to a non-stick frying pan or use a pan with some oil
Flip when bubbles start to form
Repeat until all batter is used
Serve warm with extra banana, walnuts and optional raw cacao nibs
