Walnut and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 small banana, mashed
  • handful of walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients except walnuts and combine with the wet ingredients

  2. Chop the walnuts finely and add them to the mixture

  3. Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake to a non-stick frying pan or use a pan with some oil

  4. Flip when bubbles start to form

  5. Repeat until all batter is used

  6. Serve warm with extra banana, walnuts and optional raw cacao nibs
