Chiapudding and Nicecream Breakfast Combo

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 3 frozen very ripe bananas with black spots
  • 100 g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Chiapudding

  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 6 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Mix chiapudding ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Layer the chiapudding and nicecream, and top with whatever makes you happy.
