Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookie Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g Jumbo Oats
  • 210ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 20g Natural Almond Yogurt
  • 30g Choc & Nut Vegan Protein Powder

Toppings

  • 1 Peanut Nutter Cookie
  • 15g Salted Date Peanut Butter
  • 5ml Choc Shot
  • 2g Cacao Nibs
  • 10g 70% Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats and milk in the microwave for 2 minutes at full power.

  2. Once cooked, stir in the protein powder and almond milk yoghurt until smooth and combined.

  3. If the oats are too runny, heat again for 30 seconds in the microwave to thicken them up.

  4. Top with the toppings and enjoy.
