Chocolate Hazelnut Latte Nicecream Oats
Ingredients
Porridge
- 50g jumbo oats
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground instant coffee
- 35g vanilla vegan protein
Nicecream
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tsp hazelnut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- @loveraw Cream Filled Wafer Bar
- Cacao nibs
- Cashew Vanilla Butter
Preparation
The night before, blend together the nicecream ingredients in a blender or food processor. Put into an airtight container and freeze overnight.
In the morning, heat the oats and almond milk. Once cooked, stir in the coffee and protein powder off the heat.
Top the porridge with the chocolate hazelnut nicecream, @loveraw Cream Filled Wafer Bar, cashew and vanilla butter, and cacao nibs.
