Colorful French Bean and Pecan Salad
Ingredients
- 750g fresh or frozen French beans (preferably colorful)
- Handful of cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup crushed pecan nuts
- 8 cloves of antipasti garlic with 1 tablespoon of garlic oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 chopped basil leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Preparation
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes to keep them crisp and green.
Rinse with cold water and dry off.
Wash and cut the tomatoes and basil leaves.
Put all the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix them thoroughly.
