Colorful French Bean and Pecan Salad

Ingredients

  • 750g fresh or frozen French beans (preferably colorful)
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecan nuts
  • 8 cloves of antipasti garlic with 1 tablespoon of garlic oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 chopped basil leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes to keep them crisp and green.

  2. Rinse with cold water and dry off.

  3. Wash and cut the tomatoes and basil leaves.

  4. Put all the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix them thoroughly.
