Quick and Easy Peanut Lime Stir-Fry Bowl
Ingredients
- veggies of choice + edamame or tofu with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- and 1 tbsp of mincer ginger
- brown rice
- quinoa or any whole grain of choice
- peanut lime sauce
Preparation
Cook brown rice, quinoa or any whole grain of choice
Meanwhile, stir fry together any veggies of choice + edamame or tofu with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp of mincer ginger
Pour peanut lime sauce on top, serve with whole grain of choice and enjoy
