Quick and Easy Peanut Lime Stir-Fry Bowl

Ingredients

  • veggies of choice + edamame or tofu with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • and 1 tbsp of mincer ginger
  • brown rice
  • quinoa or any whole grain of choice
  • peanut lime sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook brown rice, quinoa or any whole grain of choice

  2. Meanwhile, stir fry together any veggies of choice + edamame or tofu with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp of mincer ginger

  3. Pour peanut lime sauce on top, serve with whole grain of choice and enjoy
