Sweet and Sour Tofu Bowl
Ingredients
- tofu
- 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2tbsp soy sauce/tamari
- 1tbsp tomato purée
- 1/4C water
Preparation
Mix all together
For the sauce, mix together 1/8C maple syrup, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2tbsp soy sauce/tamari, 1tbsp tomato purée, 1/4C water - taste + add any more ingredients to preference
Heat it up on the stove with some cornflour to thicken
Stir in the baked tofu, serve over rice + sprinkle over sesame seeds
