Sweet and Sour Tofu Bowl

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2tbsp soy sauce/tamari
  • 1tbsp tomato purée
  • 1/4C water

Preparation

  1. Mix all together

  2. For the sauce, mix together 1/8C maple syrup, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2tbsp soy sauce/tamari, 1tbsp tomato purée, 1/4C water - taste + add any more ingredients to preference

  3. Heat it up on the stove with some cornflour to thicken

  4. Stir in the baked tofu, serve over rice + sprinkle over sesame seeds
