Crispy Potatoes with Corn Flour

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 teaspoons corn flour
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice 2-3 medium potatoes.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and 2-3 teaspoons of corn flour.

  3. Drizzle with 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well.

  4. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven until golden and crispy.
