Crispy Potatoes with Corn Flour
Ingredients
- 2-3 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 teaspoons corn flour
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
Peel and slice 2-3 medium potatoes.
Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and 2-3 teaspoons of corn flour.
Drizzle with 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well.
Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven until golden and crispy.
