Vegan Creamy Pasta Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 small potatoes (1 cup, peeled and cubed)
- 1 small white onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 1/3 cup of oat milk
- 350ml vegan bolognese
- 500g pasta
Preparation
Bring a small saucepan with water to a boil.
Add the cubed potatoes and the chopped onion.
Cook them for about 5-6 minutes or until the potato cubes are soft.
Drain the water.
Add the veggies to a blender along with lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and oat milk.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer the sauce back to the saucepan.
Bring it to a boil for just a second.
Mix in any tomato sauce you like.
Mix the cream sauce with 350ml of vegan bolognese for 500g of pasta.
Enjoy the dish.
