Pumpkin Pie Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup gf oats
- 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 10 Medjool dates (pitted & soaked)
- 2 scoops protein powder of choice
- 1/2 tbsp chocolate lovers or cacao powder
- Generous dash of Pumpkin pie spice
- Sprinkle of Sea salt
Preparation
Blend the oats until lightly course powder.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick dough ball forms.
Roll into balls and store in fridge.
