Pumpkin Pie Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gf oats
  • 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 10 Medjool dates (pitted & soaked)
  • 2 scoops protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate lovers or cacao powder
  • Generous dash of Pumpkin pie spice
  • Sprinkle of Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats until lightly course powder.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick dough ball forms.

  3. Roll into balls and store in fridge.
