Easy Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecans (or nuts of choice)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • (optional) 1 tbsp hemp seeds for extra protein and EFAS

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.

  2. Roll into even balls.

  3. Coat in a bit of cinnamon and cocoa powder.
