Easy Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pecans (or nuts of choice)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 medjool dates
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- (optional) 1 tbsp hemp seeds for extra protein and EFAS
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.
Roll into even balls.
Coat in a bit of cinnamon and cocoa powder.
