Pumpkin Butter Cups
Ingredients
- • 3/4c pumpkin purée
- • 1/4c creamy almond butter
- • 3T maple syrup
- • 1/2tsp cinnamon
- • Vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl until smooth
Transfer to silicon cupcakes molds inside of a muffin tin
Top with vegan chocolate chips or whatever fun topping you have at home
Freeze overnight (or atleast 3-4hrs to solidify)
Pop the pumpkin butter cups out and place in a ziplock to keep in the freeze and enjoy
