Pumpkin Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • • 3/4c pumpkin purée
  • • 1/4c creamy almond butter
  • • 3T maple syrup
  • • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • • Vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl until smooth

  2. Transfer to silicon cupcakes molds inside of a muffin tin

  3. Top with vegan chocolate chips or whatever fun topping you have at home

  4. Freeze overnight (or atleast 3-4hrs to solidify)

  5. Pop the pumpkin butter cups out and place in a ziplock to keep in the freeze and enjoy
