Vegan Broccoli Pizza with Chia Seed Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 carrots (orange and purple)
  • 1/3 smoked firm tofu
  • 6 TBSP water
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add chia seeds and water, and let sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Preheat your oven. In a blender, mix the broccoli until it becomes grains. Add the chia seed mixture and mix again. Spread the mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 210°C or 400°F.

  3. Make guacamole by crushing the avocado with a fork, add paprika and salt, and mix. Grate the carrots and scramble the tofu.

  4. When the broccoli dough is baked, spread the guacamole on it and add the tofu and carrots. The pizza is ready.
