Vegan Broccoli Rice Sushi Rolls with Avocado
Ingredients
- one head of broccoli
- garlic powder
- ginger powder
- 1/4 avocado
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
If you have a food processor, use it to grate one head of broccoli; otherwise, use a grater.
Add garlic powder, ginger powder, 1/4 of an avocado, salt, and pepper to taste.
Use your favorite vegetables and roll into sushi rolls.
Serve with fermented jalapeños and red onions if desired.
