Chickpea Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate for coating

Preparation

  1. Soak your dates in hot water for about 25 minutes

  2. Then blend all the ingredients except the chocolate

  3. Make bite size balls using the dough and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes

  4. Then melt the the chocolate and coat the balls with it

  5. Put in the freezer for another 30 minutes and enjoy! (can be store in the fridge but taste much better from the freezer
