Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup melted cacao butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Handful vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Line a pan with parchment paper and add the liquid fudge to it.

  3. Freeze for one hour and cut into squares.

Tips

  1. The smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge.

  2. A serving size of 10g is low FODMAP based on testing.
