Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 3/4 cup melted cacao butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Handful vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Line a pan with parchment paper and add the liquid fudge to it.
Freeze for one hour and cut into squares.
Tips
The smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge.
A serving size of 10g is low FODMAP based on testing.
