Puff Pastry Beef Sauté Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 sheets puff pastry
- Egg yolk
For beef sauté
- 500 grams beef
- 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper paste
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
For brushing
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
In a pot, combine the beef with water, cover, and pre-cook it.
Add vegetable oil, chopped onion, green pepper, and red pepper to the pre-cooked beef and stir.
Cover and cook until the vegetables lose their crispness.
After the vegetables soften, add the pastes and stir-fry until the aroma comes out.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and stir.
Finally, add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and stir.
Cover and let it cook.
Divide the cooked beef sauté equally into casseroles.
Grease the edges of the casseroles with vegetable oil.
Cover each with puff pastry as shown in the video.
Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
After baking, invert and serve.
