Easy Chicken and Vegetable Traybake
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Cauliflower
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Herbs
- Olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
Preparation
Chop the vegetables into chunky pieces and place them on a baking tray
Chop the potatoes, par-boil them for 10 minutes, then add to the tray
Place chicken thighs on top with herbs and crushed garlic
Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 190°C fan or 200°C for 40 minutes
Drain off the juices into a pan, add a mixture of 100 ml water and 1 tablespoon cornflour to make gravy
Heat through and serve
