Frozen Chicken Kebab

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 500 grams chicken thigh fillet
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Other

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with grated garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, yogurt, dried oregano, curry powder, paprika powder, nutmeg powder, chicken stock powder, salt, and sugar, and mix well. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Heat a little oil and butter. Add the onion, salt, and pepper, and sauté until fragrant and golden brown, then set aside.

  3. Cook the chicken until done, then cut into pieces and return to the pan.

  4. Add the sautéed onion mixture, cook on high heat until the flavors are absorbed, then use a torch to brown. Set aside and let cool.

  5. Prepare the kebab wraps, arrange the chicken mixture, grated mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, and tomato sauce, then roll up.

  6. Store the kebab in a covered container and freeze.

  7. Heat margarine and grill the kebab on low heat until cooked and golden brown.

  8. The chicken kebab is ready to serve.
