Raspberry Mint Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 6 fresh mint leaves
Chocolate dip
- 1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as you go.
This can be enjoyed as a soft serve immediately or frozen for 1 hour to firm up more.
Chocolate dipped cones
Melt 1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate and 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil in a small bowl.
Dip cones into the melted chocolate and let set in the freezer for 5 minutes.
