Vegan Salted Caramel Chocolate Freakshake
Ingredients
- 4 scoops vegan salted caramel ice cream
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 40 ml Licor 43 Horchata
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 2 vegan donuts
- approximately 16 mini pretzels
Optional
- vegan whipped cream to taste
- vegan caramel sauce
Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler
Dip your glass in the chocolate and press the mini pretzels on when the chocolate is almost set
Mix the ice cream with the plant-based milk and Licor 43 Horchata in a blender and pour into the glasses
Top with a donut, vegan whipped cream, and caramel sauce if desired
Insert a straw and enjoy
