Vegan Salted Caramel Chocolate Freakshake

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops vegan salted caramel ice cream
  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • 40 ml Licor 43 Horchata
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 2 vegan donuts
  • approximately 16 mini pretzels

Optional

  • vegan whipped cream to taste
  • vegan caramel sauce

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler

  2. Dip your glass in the chocolate and press the mini pretzels on when the chocolate is almost set

  3. Mix the ice cream with the plant-based milk and Licor 43 Horchata in a blender and pour into the glasses

  4. Top with a donut, vegan whipped cream, and caramel sauce if desired

  5. Insert a straw and enjoy
