- 2 hot red and green chili peppers
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 cup milk
- 2 loaves toasted bread
Preparation
To prepare the chicken, in a pot heat the oil and add the onion and garlic, stir until the onion and garlic wilt, add the chicken and stir on all sides, cover the pot to brown the chicken slightly, add water to cover the chicken completely and add the pepper, coriander, and turmeric, and leave it until fully cooked, then strain the broth and keep it hot.
To prepare the rice, heat the olive oil, add the rice and stir a little, then add the water and salt, let it boil on high heat until it reaches boiling point, then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave it until fully cooked.
To prepare the garlic sauce, in a food processor put the garlic, hot peppers, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice, and run the processor to get a smooth mixture, then set it aside.
In the serving dish, break some toasted bread and put it in the dish, spread some garlic sauce on it, then add the hot broth so that the bread absorbs it well.
Spread the rice over the bread, then arrange the chicken pieces, and spread the garlic sauce.
Pour the milk over the fatta, then garnish the fatta with pieces of toasted bread.
Add some nuts over the fatta and serve immediately.
