Chorizo Style Crispy Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes: 1 cut in chunks
- olive oil: 2t
- cornflour: 1t
- smoked paprika: 1t
- smoked salt: 2 t
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200c
When oven in hot, pour 1t olive oil in a roasting tray and place it in the oven to heat up for a few minutes
Mix the remaining ingredients together and transfer into the heated oil
Return to the oven for 40 mins till crispy
Increase temperature to 250c and roast for further 5-10 minutes till crispy
