Chorizo Style Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • potatoes: 1 cut in chunks
  • olive oil: 2t
  • cornflour: 1t
  • smoked paprika: 1t
  • smoked salt: 2 t

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200c

  2. When oven in hot, pour 1t olive oil in a roasting tray and place it in the oven to heat up for a few minutes

  3. Mix the remaining ingredients together and transfer into the heated oil

  4. Return to the oven for 40 mins till crispy

  5. Increase temperature to 250c and roast for further 5-10 minutes till crispy
