Creamy Oatmeal with Berries and Protein Powder
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 15g vanilla pea protein powder
- 300ml milk (I used oat)
- 200g frozen mixed berries
Preparation
Microwave oats and milk together in a bowl for 3 minutes
Stir in protein powder and rest for 5 minutes (this is the secret for making the oats thick and creamy)
Microwave for a further 2 minutes
Top with berries
