Creamy Oatmeal with Berries and Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 15g vanilla pea protein powder
  • 300ml milk (I used oat)
  • 200g frozen mixed berries

Preparation

  1. Microwave oats and milk together in a bowl for 3 minutes

  2. Stir in protein powder and rest for 5 minutes (this is the secret for making the oats thick and creamy)

  3. Microwave for a further 2 minutes

  4. Top with berries
