Crispy Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Your favorite everyday seasoning (mine is @borsari_foods)
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut aminos (I use @coconutsecretofficial)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Line a plate with paper towels and place chicken on top to remove any excess water.

  3. Season chicken thighs with your seasoning of choice on both sides.

  4. Place chicken in a Tupperware container.

  5. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, mustard, and coconut aminos.

  6. Pour the marinade over the chicken in the Tupperware container and shake the container.

  7. Let the chicken marinate for a few minutes or up to an hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

  8. Roast the chicken for 30-35 minutes until crispy.

  9. Eat the chicken.
