Simple Crispy Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- Your favorite everyday seasoning
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut aminos
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a plate with paper towels and place chicken on top to remove any excess water.
Season chicken thighs with your seasoning of choice on both sides.
Place chicken in a Tupperware container.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, mustard and coconut aminos.
Pour marinade over chicken in the Tupperware container and shake the container.
Let chicken marinate for a few minutes or up to an hour or overnight in your refrigerator.
Roast chicken for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
Eat!
