Fluffy Vegan Pancakes with Blue Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 150g oat milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 50g ground oatmeal
  • 50g flour
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina superfood powder

Preparation

  1. Mix the oat milk with apple cider vinegar and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to make vegan buttermilk.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix briefly with the buttermilk.

  3. Bake the pancakes from both sides, and do not let the pan get too hot to avoid losing the color.
