Fluffy Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes with Cherries
Ingredients
- 30g buckwheat flour
- 50g rice flour
- 20g cacao
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 100ml plant milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stir until it’s all well combined.
Bake the pancakes in a well coated, oiled pan on each side for around 1-2 minutes and serve them with toppings of your choice.
