Fluffy Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes with Cherries

Ingredients

  • 30g buckwheat flour
  • 50g rice flour
  • 20g cacao
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 100ml plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and stir until it’s all well combined.

  2. Bake the pancakes in a well coated, oiled pan on each side for around 1-2 minutes and serve them with toppings of your choice.
