Fluffy Chocolate Pancakes with Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 50g buckwheat flour
- 30g rice flour
- 15g cacao
- 25g chocolate protein
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 100-200ml plant milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Bake the pancakes in a well-coated, oiled pan on each side for around 1-2 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
