Fluffy Alkalizing Superfood Pancakes with Soya Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup soya milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of pink or sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Nature's Heart Alkalising Superpowder
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Mix soya milk and apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, then set aside for ten minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Nature's Heart Alkalising Superpowder.
Whisk the milk mixture into the dry ingredients.
Let the batter sit for 3-5 minutes to absorb.
Add a little more milk if the batter is too thick.
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan.
Pour in the batter and cook on medium heat for a minute or so until the surface bubbles.
Flip and cook the other side.
These pancakes are thick and fluffy due to the buttermilk alternative made from soya milk and vinegar.
