Sweet Potato Nachos with Leftover Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- leftover chicken
- black beans
- avocado
- jalapeños
- tomatoes
- onions
Preparation
Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the sweet potatoes.
Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Top with shredded leftover chicken, black beans, avocado, jalapeños, tomatoes, and onions.
