Warm Maca Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup / 45g rolled oats
  • 2 dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup / 120ml hot water
  • 3/4 cup / 180ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. In a small pan, combine hot water, oat milk, dates and oats.

  2. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes or until your favourite consistency.

  3. Then add the maca and salt.

  4. Serve warm and with your favorite toppings.
