Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Raspberries and Pecans
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup / 45g rolled oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 1/2 cup / 120ml hot water
- 3/4 cup / 180ml oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
Toppings
- 1 tbsp (white) almond butter
- roasted pecans
- raspberries (optional)
Preparation
In a small pan, combine hot water, oat milk, grated apple and oats.
Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes or until your favorite consistency.
Then add the cinnamon and salt.
Serve warm with the roasted pecans, white almond butter and raspberries.
