Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Raspberries and Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup / 45g rolled oats
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/2 cup / 120ml hot water
  • 3/4 cup / 180ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp (white) almond butter
  • roasted pecans
  • raspberries (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a small pan, combine hot water, oat milk, grated apple and oats.

  2. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes or until your favorite consistency.

  3. Then add the cinnamon and salt.

  4. Serve warm with the roasted pecans, white almond butter and raspberries.
