Warm Raspberry Oatmeal with Chia and Dates
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 4-5 small dates, chopped
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
Preparation
Place oats, chia seeds, raspberries, and chopped dates in a pan. Stir through.
Pour hot water over the mixture and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add plant milk and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
Let simmer until thick and creamy.
If you prefer runny oatmeal, add more milk.
