Warm Raspberry Oatmeal with Chia and Dates

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4-5 small dates, chopped
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk

Preparation

  1. Place oats, chia seeds, raspberries, and chopped dates in a pan. Stir through.

  2. Pour hot water over the mixture and set aside for 10 minutes.

  3. Add plant milk and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.

  4. Let simmer until thick and creamy.

  5. If you prefer runny oatmeal, add more milk.

  6. Enjoy!
