Cinnamon Cacao Chia Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1-1.5 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp organic cacao powder
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/2 mashed banana
Toppings
- frozen berries
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1/2 fresh banana
Preparation
Heat 1/2 cup of chia seeds and 1/2 cup of porridge oats with 1-1.5 cups of non-dairy milk.
Add 1 tsp of organic cacao powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Mix in 1/2 mashed banana to sweeten.
Stir until desired thickness.
Top with frozen berries, 1 tsp cashew butter, and 1/2 fresh banana.
Chia seeds add another texture and provide omega-3 fatty acids and protein.
